    • How do we reserve?

    • A deposit is needed ?

      To register your reservation will be asked to you a deposit of 40 % of the amount of your stay.
    • Are you approve VACAF?

      Yes, to allow all to take advantage of holidays in family our campsite is approve VACAF.

    • May I choose my pitch or my mobile home?

      We cannot guarantee you a number of pitch or the allocation of a renting in particular, but we shall take into account your preferences if they are specified during the reservation. We shall however do our utmost to respect at best your requests.

      Our advice : if you wish to be close to another mobile home, in a precise sector to be able to find you between friends, to take advantage of the closeness of an equipment in particular, or simply to choose a certain exposure (shade or sun), reserve as soon as possible.

    • Can we book a mobile home for less than a week?

      Yes, you can completely be unable to fall for a small impromptu trip in the heart of nature and far from the crowd, but outside the high season and according to the availability of our renting. It is also an excellent way to discover the campsite the time of a night, or to make a warm and friendly stage if you cross France.

    • How do we calculate the tourist tax?

      To Saissac, for our campsite 3 stars, his amount is 0,35 € by night and by person of more than 18 years. She is intended to run both tourist offices of the Black Mountain, situated to Lastours and to Saissac.
    • What are the accepted means of payment?

      We accept the credit cards (visa, eurocard, masterCard), the cash and the bank transfers. You can also settle by check (emanating from a bank situated on the French territory).

      Attention, card American Express is not accepted. Also, we are not capable of accepting the payments Paypal.

    • When do I have to settle the balance of my stay?

      The balance of your stay must be settled at the latest the day of your arrival.
    • Can we cancel a reservation?

      Yes, but do not delay warning us of a cancellation.

      Cancellation because of the camper : no repayment will be made without subscription of the insurance cancellation (see terms of sale insurance cancellation).

      Cancellation because of the campsite : in case of cancellation because of the campsite LA PORTE D’AUTAN, except in case of force majeure, the stay will be totally paid off. This cancellation cannot however give rise to the payment of damages.

      Insurance cancellation : an insurance " Cancellation and Interruption of stay ", optional, is proposed to you in your booking form. Our partner Gritchen Affinity " Campez Couvert " makes a commitment to pay off all or part of the stay to our vacationers.

  • Accommodations

    • What are the present household appliances in the mobile homes?

      All the mobile homes are equipped with a refrigerator, with a cooktop with fires gas, a microwaves as well as a coffee maker.

      If you want to take advantage of all the comfort of a house in campsite, choose the FAMILY which has a dishwasher. This mobile home great luxury is even equipped with the air conditioning (it will be necessary to you to settle however a moderate supplement to be able to benefit from this last option).

      Rentals FAMILY are very popular, also do not delay and do not wait the beautiful days to book them if you wish to be able to live you during your stay there.

    • Sheets and covers are they included?

      Covers and undersheets are supplied in all the mobile homes.     • Who has to do the cleaning at the end of the stay?

      The day of your departure, you have to do the cleaning and leave the mobile home as clean as you found him by going into places. Also, the dishes will have to be made and tidied up. Bins must be emptied. Do not forget to empty and to de-ice the refrigerator.

      In brief, at the time of the departure, you have to leave your mobile home in the state in which you would like to find him yourself.

      Failing that, we would be in the obligation to make proceed to the household and to the rehabilitation of your renting at your expenses (with a minimal 60-€ deduction). However, if you wish to take advantage of your holidays until the last moment, you can also choose to confide us a part of your household job (see housecleaning).

    • What includes the housecleaning fee ?

      The housecleaning fee includes the cleaning of all the rooms of the mobile home, the bathroom and the kitchen. It does not include the cleaning of the dishes. Furthermore, we ask you in every case at the end of your stay to take care of emptying and de-icing the refrigerator and bringing out bins before leaving.
    • Are the mobile homes non-smoking?

      Yes, they are all non-smoking. For the well-being of all, it is formally no smoking in mobile homes.
    • Can we rent cots and baby chairs ?

      Yes, it is possible to rent a cot (2€ a day) as well as a baby chair (1€ a day). A baby bath is gracefully placed at your disposal. You will find it in the common sanitary.
    • Are there television in the mobile homes?

      No, our mobile homes are not equipped with television.
    • Is there an internet access in mobile homes?

      No, our mobile homes are not equipped with dedicated internet access. But a free WIFI access is available on the bar of the campsite.
    • Can we come with a second car?

      Yes, with extra otherwise this one can be parked on the car park situated in the entrance of the establishment.
    • What are the schedules of arrival and departure of a rent?

      The arrivals are from 4 pm and the mobile home must be freed for 10 am at the latest. Before your departure, we shall establish together outgoing inventory of fixtures of the mobile home as well as the inventory.
    • What is the amount of the deposit?

      The day of your arrival, we will give you the keys on payment of a deposit of 350 €. Feel reassured, your deposit will not be collected. You can deposit your deposit with a credit card or in cash.

      If no problem is noticed at the end of your stay, your deposit will entirely be restored to you for a maximum deadline of 15 days after your departure. Should the opposite occur we shall deduct the replacement of the missing objects and/or the expenses of restoration including as regards the cleanliness of the accommodation.

      Attention : all the credit cards do not allow doing a deposit, inquiring with your bank.

    • Who makes the inventory of fixtures ?

      During your arrival, it is you because we have already realized an inventory of fixtures during the departure of the previous occupant. We thank you for being willing to check the general state of your rent by using the form and to let us know as soon as possible the slightest negligences, the damages or the possible dysfunctions which would have been able to escape us or to arise meanwhile.

      We shall make the inventory of fixtures of exit together the day of your departure between 8 am and 10 am. Do not forget to book an appointment in the reception before noon the day before your departure.

      If no obvious problem is noticed (breaking, loss, degradation, cleanliness, etc.), your deposit will be restored to you (cancelled or sent back by mail). Should the opposite occur the expenses of restoration of origin will be held.

  • Pitches

    • The water and the electricity are they included?

      Yes, the price of the water and the electricity (6A) is included for all our pitches.

      For the campers needing the electricity, it's better to plan an electric extension cable.

    • What time do we have to take or to leave a pitch?

      The arrivals are from 12 pm and the departures before 12 am.
    • Can we rent a refrigerator?

      Yes, we propose table-top fridge in the rent for the pitches of campsite (5€ a day). We recommend you to book them before your arrival, during the reservation of your stay.
    • Is there a maximum capacity on pitches?

      Yes, pitches are limited to a maximum of 6 persons and for animals 2 dogs.
    • Are campers accepted?

      Yes, our friends camper van drivers are welcome.
    • The pitches are they shaded ?

      In a general way yes, but the period of sunshine varies according to the exposure and to the moment of the day.
    • Can we come with a second car?

      Yes, with extra otherwise this one can be parked on the car park situated in the entrance of the establishment.
  • Visitors

    • May I receive visitors?

      Yes but under certain conditions. The visitors are people who visit you punctually but who do not sleep on the campsite. The visitors can be admitted within the campsite LA PORTE D’AUTAN under the responsibility of the campers who receive them.

      On arrival, he shall present himself to the reception and settle the price for a while of presence upper at 2 hours. The visitors are not authorized to reach the swimming pool and have to park their vehicle outside of the establishment.

  • Animal

    • The dogs are they accepted?

      Yes, dogs are admitted kept on a lead permanently, never only neither in the mobile homes, nor on the pitches.

      The dogs of 1st and 2nd categories are forbidden within the campsite.

      In mobile home, a single dog will be admitted (no admitted in renting in july/august) and on pitch two dogs.

      Dogs must be vaccinated (equip you with the vaccination card).

    • What are dates and opening hours of the swimming pool?

      The swimming pool is opened from June 15th till September 15th from 10 am till 8 pm.
    • Are the swim trunks allowed?

      For hygiene reasons, only the swim briefs, square leg suits are authorized in the pools (board shorts and swim trunks are strictly forbidden).
    • What are the size of swimming pools?

      The swimming pool measures 17mx10m, with going depths of 0.80m in 1.80m.

      The paddling pool measures 10mx4m, with a depth of 30cm.

    • Is the swimming pool heated?

      The swimming pool and the paddling pool are naturally heated.
    • Is the swimming pool supervised?

      The swimming pool and the paddling pool are unsupervised, the children stay under the supervision of the parents.
    • Who can bathe in the swimming pool of the campsite ?

      The swimming pool is strictly reserved for persons staying at the campsite.
  • Village

    • How far is the center of the village from us?

      The center of the village Saissac is about 1km on foot and the first shops are only at 100m.
    • Are there local shops?

      Yes, you will find all the necessary shops: bakery, butcher, grocery, post office, station service, pharmacy, medical office, nurses, physiotherapist, mechanics, etc.
  • Equipments

    • What is the period of opening of the Bar-Snack?

      The bar-snack is only opened in high season (in July and August).
    • Is there a washing machine?

      Yes a washing machine is at your disposal.
    • Can we come with a barbecue?

      The barbecues are only authorized on the reserved area for that purpose. The campsite provides you 4 barbecues. On the individual pitches, only barbecues in the gas or electric are authorized.
    • Have you the Wi-Fi?

      A free Wi-Fi access is available on the bar of the campsite.
    • What are the recreational facilities of the campsite?

      We have a swimming pool and a paddling pool, trampoline, table football, ping pong table, petanque strip, playground area for children (slide, swing), Home Ball, slackline, books and games in loan but also two miniature horses.

  • Responsabilities

    • Who is responsible for theft or damage inside the campsite?

      The Limited Liability Company LA PORTE D’AUTAN can be held responsible for the camping equipment, the vehicles and the diverse objects introduced by the campers inside the campsite and its responsibility could not be committed in case of theft, of degradation of these.

      Any damages of premises, loss or destruction of furniture filling the accommodations or the common buildings, engages by rights the responsibility of his author. The customer titular is personally responsible for all the damage, the losses or the degradation, brought both to the accommodation and to the installations of the campsite, or committed by the people who stay with him or who visit him. He must be insured in responsibility civil.

      The supervision of the children must be provided by the parents or the people who accompany him. The use of the playgrounds, the swimming pool is made under their only responsibility.
